Avalon Park West Community Development District
The Avalon Park West Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on June 25, 2018 and created by the Pasco County Ordinance No. 18-23 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Avalon Park West CDD encompasses approximately 265.203 acres and is located entirely within the boundaries of Pasco County, Florida north of State Road 54 at River Glen Boulevard, north of the New River Community Development District.

The Avalon Park West Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on June 25, 2018 by the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Ordinance No. 18-23. The Board consents to special powers set forth in Section 190.012(2)(a), 190.012(2)(d) and 190.012(2)(f), Florida Statutes.
